We receive your vendor shipments at our 211 Shopline Dr warehouse, inspect every item upon arrival for damage, and document any issues immediately — giving you the documentation you need to file freight claims before it's too late.
Photo Documentation & Detailed Inventory
Every item that comes through our warehouse is photographed and logged into a detailed inventory. You'll always know exactly what you have, its condition, and its location. No surprises on install day.
Climate-Controlled Storage

What vendors do you accept shipments from?
We accept shipments from all major trade vendors, freight carriers, and white-glove delivery services. If it ships to Columbia, SC, we can receive it.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
We inspect every item upon receipt and photograph any damage immediately. You'll receive a detailed damage report with photos the same day, giving you everything you need for a freight claim.
Can you handle large-scale commercial or hospitality projects?

Receiving
Our fulltime warehouse staff are here during all hours of operations, 8AM-5PM. We are prepared to receive your shipment whether it is just one item or a full truck load. We have loading dock access as well as grade high access.
Inspection
No one likes surprise damages on install day. Let the experts at ProHelp carefully open and inspect each item we receive for any damages or flaws. Each item inspected will have detailed pictures taken from several angles and uploaded to our cloud database. Our designers can access these photos 24/7 from a computer, tablet or phone. Any damages found will be reported the same day the item was received.
Repacking
Once an item has been carefully opened and inspected, we will carefully repack the item with the same shipping materials, adding any additional protection or materials needed.
Inventory
Each item received at ProHelp is input into our inventory database by the end of the day it was received. Our inventory management system was created with our designers in mind. All inventory is separated by job/client in the system. This helps keep better track of billing and inventory. Our designers can view their inventory from a computer, tablet or phone any time of day.
Delivery/Install
When its time for install day, trust the professionals at ProHelp Movers. We have the capacity to handle your install, from one piece of furniture to a whole home or office. We have a trained crew with years of interior design experience to make sure your install goes smoothly. We will travel anywhere in the United States!
Furniture Assembly
Would you like to have your furniture assembled prior to your install? Let our trained professionals assemble your furniture in our warehouse before getting to your customers home. This helps reduce the amount of trash on the install and saves time.
